Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is expanding and seeks a Dispatcher Supervisor who can organize and lead our dispatch team for field technicians in a fast-paced environment. In this full-time role, you will schedule staff, resolve delays, monitor performance, and communicate effectively with customers and management while maintaining high service levels.

ServiceTitan experience is a plus; a high-energy, can-do attitude and strong multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• High energy with a can-do attitude over phone and in person.
• Dispatching experience (2 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of staff and dispatch of technicians.
• Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with customers and management.
• Monitor technician performance and plan resource allocation.
• Develop processes to improve dispatch efficiency and service quality.
• Summarize and report performance metrics to upper management.
