Job summary

The Friedkin Group is seeking a TPC Dispatch Lead to drive safe, efficient delivery operations across USAL's network with third-party carriers. You will manage daily dispatch, optimize routing, and communicate with drivers, logistics teams, and customers using transportation management systems.

The role requires 4–6 years of dispatch or logistics experience, proficiency with TMS software, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or related field.
4-6 years of Dispatch, transportation coordination, or logistics operations.
4-6 years experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and/or dispatch software.
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing customer data and CRM guidelines.
Listening and adaptability to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily TPC dispatch operations using the third-party carrier network.
Serve as liaison between drivers, logistics teams, and customers.
Analyze load factors, driver availability, and equipment readiness.
Support driver engagement through clear communication and feedback.
Collaborate with carrier operations to align with network goals.
Generate and analyze reports to track KPIs.
Build trust with the carrier base to position USAL Solutions as a premier broker.
Maintain alignment with core competencies and values.
