Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between drivers, logistics teams, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze load factors and driver availability to optimize routing and scheduling.
• Generate and analyze reports to track KPIs and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain alignment with company values and carrier relationships.
