The Friedkin Group is seeking a TPC Dispatch Lead to drive safe, efficient delivery operations across USAL's network with third-party carriers. You will manage daily dispatch, optimize routing, and communicate with drivers, logistics teams, and customers using transportation management systems.
The role requires 4–6 years of dispatch or logistics experience, proficiency with TMS software, and strong communication skills.

The TPC Dispatch Lead plays a vital role in driving the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of customer vehicles across USAL's network through our third‑party carrier partners. This position is central to managing daily dispatch operations, ensuring optimal routing and scheduling, and maintaining strong communication with TPC drivers, their logistics teams, and customers. By leveraging transportation management systems, the coordinator contributes to real‑time problem solving, operational reporting, and network optimization. Success in this role is built on fostering third party carrier relationships, aligning dispatch activities with broader business goals, and upholding the company's core values of trust, performance, and strategic collaboration.
As a TPC Dispatch Lead you will:
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
