Job summary

The Friedkin Group is seeking a TPC Dispatch professional to drive the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of customer vehicles across USAL’s network through our third-party carrier partners. This role centers on managing daily dispatch operations, optimal routing, and close communication with drivers, logistics teams, and customers using transportation management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, or related field.
• 4–6 years in dispatch, transportation coordination, or logistics operations.
• 4–6 years of experience with TMS and/or dispatch software.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; CRM data management, listening, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily TPC dispatch operations using TMS for our third-party carrier network.
• Serve as a liaison between TPC drivers, logistics teams, and customers to ensure timely, damage-free deliveries.
• Analyze load factors, driver availability, and equipment readiness to optimize routing and scheduling.
• Support driver engagement through clear communication, coaching, and performance feedback with leadership.
• Collaborate with carrier operations and capacity teams to align dispatch with network goals.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to track KPIs and identify improvement areas.
• Build trust with the carrier base to position USAL Solutions as a premier broker for third-party carriers.
• Maintain alignment with company core competencies and values.
