You will balance incoming calls, pickup requests, and driver support, while maintaining professional communication and accurate records in dispatching software. Prioritize responsiveness and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally and courteously handle incoming calls from customers, donors, and corporate partners, providing information and a positive experience.
• Act as bridge between customers and donation pickup drivers, facilitating communication, scheduling, and inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate pickup requests with the Head Driver to meet service expectations.
• Support drivers by providing essential information and updates throughout assignments.
• Address customer issues promptly and effectively, seeking solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
