Job summary

Century Concrete, Inc., a CRH company, seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our closing shift. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice handling high-volume calls, taking orders, and coordinating with foremen and teams to ensure accurate deliveries and efficient dispatch.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in dispatch or customer service roles, preferably in concrete/ready-mix.
• High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or college-level coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and professionally, serving as the friendly voice for customers.
• Manage high call volume including foremen, plant and worksite teams, and external customers.
• Accurately take and process orders with detailed delivery and product information.
• Schedule driver orders to maximize customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with sales, quality control, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
