Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a First shift (1st) Customer Service Representative in Olive Branch, MS. The role involves processing orders, delivering product and transit information, and liaising with clients and carriers to resolve issues.

Shift is 7:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $21.35 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, data-entry ability, and experience with a Transportation Management System.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 0-12 months of data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
