Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Bloomington, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the 1st shift. You will process orders, provide product and transit information, and act as a liaison to resolve issues for customers and drivers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with TMS/WMS, strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, and a commitment to high service levels. The role offers Monday–Friday hours, $22.50/hour, and benefits including health coverage, PTO, a 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint and determine best solution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Coordinate with carriers and clients to schedule pickups and resolve issues.
