Job summary

GLS Executive Transportation Group is seeking an Office Team Member to join our in-person team supporting dispatch, sales/booking, and driver coordination. This role requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and excellent phone communication. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

The position is in-office with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth. Prior customer service experience and ability to work under pressure are valued assets for success in this

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be 25 years or older for insurance reasons.
• Clean E license or able to obtain within 2 weeks.
• Computer literacy and ability to use billing/CRM software.
• Reliable transportation to get to/from office.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Dispatch experience to coordinate with drivers.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work to drivers and handle last-minute issues.
• Answer calls and emails, quote prices, schedule bookings.
• Support drivers as needed and coordinate with other office staff.
• Perform detailing/cleaning prep tasks as required.
