Qualifications

• Experience as Customer Service Representative preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work to drivers and address last-minute issues.
• Answer calls and emails, provide information, price out services and schedule bookings.
• Assist with sales/booking and customer inquiries as needed.
• Support drivers and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
