Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Prior Dispatch or Call Taker experience a plus.
• Strong PC literacy and data entry skills.
• Ability to monitor and manage group email boxes.
• Strong non-technical customer support and communication skills.
• Strong phone skills; able to build customer rapport and minimize escalations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Overnight shift including weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Answers a high volume of customer phone calls daily with adherence to targets.
• Handles difficult call types for National Accounts and ensures accuracy of customer information.
• Monitors dispatch system and communicates with field personnel to meet response times.
• Provides customers updates on arrival times and monitors service requests and dispatch statuses.
• Assists field managers with administrative functions and triages emails as needed.
• Monitors response times and dispatch boxes across branches; ensures SLA adherence.
• Reaches out to technicians after hours to align resources with customer SLA requirements.
