You will manage multiple tasks, keep accurate records, and provide professional service by phone. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, prior dispatch or towing experience, and comfort with dispatch software.

Qualifications

• Previous towing, transportation, roadside assistance, or dispatch experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.
• Comfortable working with computers and dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming towing and roadside assistance calls.
• Dispatch drivers efficiently based on location and priority.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, police departments, motor clubs, and accounts.
• Track drivers and update call statuses.
• Enter accurate customer, vehicle, and tow information into the dispatch system.
• Provide professional customer service by phone.
• Coordinate police rotation and private-property towing calls.
• Handle multiple calls and changing priorities at the same time.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
