Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate technician schedules and service calls at customer sites. You will act as the liaison among customers, technicians, and the company, delivering service aligned with Hiller’s values.

The role requires 3+ years in dispatch, strong communication, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel). Weekly pay, year-round work, and comprehensive benefits are offered. On-site position in Jackson, TN.

Qualifications

• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in dispatch/coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain schedules.
• Prioritize calls by customer and operational need.
• Coordinate on-call schedules for technicians and after-hours.
• Schedule and enter service calls; debrief with technicians.
• Maintain complete, accurate customer data.
• Resolve customer conflicts with clear, effective communication.
• Report service issues to leaders to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle concerns and questions from customers and technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
