Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years dispatch/coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain schedules.
• Prioritize calls by urgency and operational need.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and after-hours procedures.
• Schedule and enter service calls, debrief with technicians.
• Maintain complete, accurate customer data in the DB.
• Resolve conflicts with customers through clear communication.
• Report service issues to leaders to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
