Responsibilities include coordinating with tow truck drivers, auction houses, customers, and drivers to ensure timely pickups, maintaining documentation, and communicating across offices nationwide. Strong multitasking and attention to detail are essential.

• Ability to maintain multi-line phone system.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Concise communication skills with conflict resolution.
• Ability to prioritize and plan daily work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors, tow truck drivers and auction houses to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Coordinate with auction houses, customers and drivers to ensure timely vehicle pickup.
• Maintain communication with other company offices across the country in a timely and respectful manner.
• Dispatch vehicles using the company’s dispatching system.
• File all relevant paperwork related to vehicle dispatch.
• Follow up with auction houses to confirm keys and titles are present.
• Check-in with warehouses to confirm vehicle delivery.
