Job summary

Heavy Duty Tire, LLC in Jacksonville is seeking a full-time Dispatch Support Specialist to coordinate service calls from start to finish and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and able to communicate clearly with technicians and customers; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Experience in dispatch, service coordination or fast-paced operations is valued, and training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Experience in dispatching, service coordination or fast-paced operations preferred.
Willing to train the right candidate with initiative and reliability.
Experience in the tire industry is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

Answer service and delivery related calls and emails.
Enter customer orders per company procedures.
Coordinate and expedite deliveries and service requests.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Deliver job completion details to customers in a timely manner.
Verify work order details against service tickets and resolve discrepancies prior to invoicing.
Warehouse duties including forklift operation and yard/warehouse organization.
