Aqua Gulf Xpress is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to join our Jacksonville Operations team. This role coordinates driver activity, monitors transportation operations, and ensures timely pickups and deliveries to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle locations, driver activity, and transportation performance throughout the day.
• Track and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Proactively identify and resolve service disruptions, delays, and operational issues.
• Maintain communication with key internal stakeholders including Operations, Business Partner Managers, Drivers, Customer Service, and Warehousing.
• Accurately maintain dispatch and transportation records.
• Support operational efficiency through planning and coordination.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
