Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and vendors by phone and email regarding active service requests.
• Coordinate with vendors in the company network and dispatch them to client job sites.
• Support service needs across retail stores, warehouses, and other commercial locations.
• Coordinate bulk junk removal and recycling jobs while maintaining accurate, timely communication.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Manage assigned jobs from beginning to end, including client communication, pricing, vendor coordination, dispatch, and follow-up.
• Provide clear status updates and ensure each job is completed accurately and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through responsive, solutions-focused service.
