Job summary

Advatix, Inc. is seeking a customer experience and dispatch professional to provide timely responses to customer inquiries and to coordinate dispatch operations across North America.

The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, effective communication, and proactive service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The position covers order processing, status updates for track and trace requests, and on-time pickup/delivery coordination with drivers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years CX and/or dispatch experience.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Typing speed of 50+ wpm.
• Knowledge of North America markets and terrain.

Responsibilities

• Answer and case all customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Enter order processing information quickly and accurately.
• Complete inquiries regarding track and trace requests and communicate status to customer.
• Dispatch orders on time and coordinate with drivers and carriers.
• Manage North America dispatch boards and monitor routes as per client SOWs.
• Create and distribute reports and assist with new account setup.
