Abacus is seeking exceptionally skilled and dependable Service Coordinators (Dispatchers) in Houston to join our team. You will drive revenue by identifying top leads and matching them with technicians, while ensuring accurate schedules and client records and building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience in plumbing/HVAC/electrical or related fields.
• Permit experience preferred and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
• Proficient with basic to intermediate computer skills and MS applications.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching: assign leads to technicians and monitor schedules.
• Auditing: verify accuracy of customer records and appointments.
• Scheduling: create and maintain customer appointments.
• Documentation: maintain accurate activity records.
• Customer Relationship Management: maintain client relationships and address concerns.
• Issue Resolution: provide timely solutions to customers and internal teams.
• Change Management: adjust appointments and schedules in real time.
• Communication: facilitate info flow among customers, team, and managers.
