Qualifications

• Logistics, waste or environmental services industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides the highest level of service to customers/vendors; analyzes requests and recommends services aligned with needs.
• Takes ownership from start to finish and proactively communicates with vendors; resolves issues.
• Proactively engages with vendors, providing updates and status changes.
• Stays informed of product/service enhancements and changes to requirements.
• Maintains vendor records in the database with accurate data submission.
• Excels in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
• Ensures dispatched vendors have accurate information and POC details.
• Other duties as assigned.
