Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support in pursuing employment and career advancement.
• Lead outreach to dislocated workers and UC claimants.
• Coordinate with community partners to develop referral system.
• Screen for program eligibility and assist with registrations.
• Counsel and motivate participants through customized career pathways.
• Document all participant interactions and maintain case files.
• Submit program data and reports for real-time reporting.
• Follow up with partner agencies to ensure engagement.
• Conduct off-site appointments to employers and community locations.
