Aufgaben

• Implement recruiting processes and initiatives to identify long-term unemployed dislocated workers, RESEA participants, Rapid Response referrals and UC claimants.
• Conduct targeted outreach and customized service presentations to apprise candidates of basic and individualized career services.
• Coordinate with community partners and staff to develop a seamless referral system.
• Screen for program eligibility and assist with dislocated worker registration when needed.
• Counsel and motivate participants through a customized career pathway and training opportunities.
