Educational Data Systems, Inc. (EDSI) is seeking a RESEA Employment Counselor to support dislocated workers through individualized career services, job placement, and barrier mitigation.

The role pays $55,000 annually plus benefits and requires strong case management and outreach capabilities. The counselor will collaborate with partner agencies, conduct screenings, develop service plans, document interactions, and track outcomes to help participants gain sustainable employment and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations.

Responsabilités

• Implement recruiting processes to identify long-term unemployed dislocated workers and RESEA participants.
• Conduct outreach and present career services to candidates.
• Coordinate with community partners and staff to develop a referral system.
• Screen for program eligibility and assist with dislocated worker registration when needed.
• Counsel and motivate participants through customized career pathways and training opportunities.
