Job summary

Sahale Grill is hiring a Dishwasher to keep the kitchen running smoothly in a bustling mountain setting. You will operate the dishwashing station, keep dishes clean and organized, and assist with basic prep as needed.

No prior kitchen experience is required; we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a full-time, seasonal position with benefits and a close-knit team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon Food Handlers Permit.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing station and keep dishes and equipment clean and organized.
• Manage garbage and recycling; assist with kitchen cleanup and basic prep as needed.
• Work alongside cooks and Food & Beverage team to maintain a clean, safe kitchen during busy service.

Position Overview

Keep one of the mountain’s busiest kitchens moving! As a Dishwasher at Sahale Grill, you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service. Your work keeps dishes and equipment moving so our cooks can stay focused on preparing great food for guests throughout the day.

You’ll operate the dishwashing station, keep dishes and equipment clean and organized, manage garbage and recycling, and help with kitchen cleanup and basic prep as needed. Working alongside cooks and other Food & Beverage team members, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen during the fast pace of mountain service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in the work that keeps a busy kitchen running smoothly. No previous kitchen experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in the fast‑paced rhythm of a mountain kitchen.

This is a full‑time, seasonal position

Qualifications& Experience

• Must be at least 15 years of age

Compensation:

• Wage: $17.25 – $18.98 per hour
