Big Sky Resort is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support our culinary team in a fast-paced mountain resort setting. You will maintain a clean dish area, handle high-volume loads, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly to ensure guest experiences meet elevated standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized dish area throughout service
• Stay on top of dish volume to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted kitchen flow
• Operate dish machines and follow safety and sanitation standards
• Help maintain kitchen cleanliness beyond the dish station, including trash, floors, and general back-of-house upkeep
• Communicate clearly with leaders and teammates, and pitch in wherever needed to support the guest experience
• Uphold Big Sky’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork throughout every shift

• A strong work ethic and commitment to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
• Ability to stay focused and efficient with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Patience and professionalism under pressure
• Attention to safe practices and a clean, organized work space
• Willingness to follow procedures and work as part of a larger team
• Availability for early, midday, or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
• Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand
