Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group Career Center, based in Arcadia, CA, is seeking a Back-of-House team member for our Outback Steakhouse location. The role is hourly, non-exempt, with opportunities for advancement and stability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Keeps dishwashing areas organized and maintains workflow.
• Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Restocks kitchen and assists with cleaning tasks as needed.
• Supports all areas of the kitchen during busy periods.
