Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth kitchen operations by organizing dishwashing areas.
• Manages tasks to maintain kitchen workflow.
• Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning of the kitchen.
