You will support the culinary team, maintain a clean dishwashing area, assist with supplies, and help uphold sanitary standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

No heavy formal education required; Food Handler Card is a plus, and flexibility for weekends and holidays is

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card and kitchen sanitation knowledge a plus.
• Dishwasher or kitchen support experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to protocols.
• Dry and store cleaned items in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Remove trash and waste promptly to keep kitchen organized.
• Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and equipment.
• Restock chemicals, towels, and soap as needed for sanitation.
