Cogir Senior Living, a network of senior living communities, seeks a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to help ensure residents enjoy a clean, well-run dining area. You will support the culinary team by washing, sanitizing, and staging dishes, assisting during service, and maintaining a spotless kitchen environment.

Join a team focused on safe, cheerful meals for residents. High school diploma preferred; a Food Handler Card is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen support is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure cleaned items are dried and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors.
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste promptly.
• Clean mats and garbage pails.
• Sanitize food preparation surfaces and storage areas as needed.
• Support kitchen staff during meal preparation and service.
• Resupply chemicals, towels, and soap dispensers for sanitary operations.
