Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to support the community’s culinary team and ensure residents receive meals started with spotless pots and clean dishware. In a fast-paced senior living environment, you’ll maintain sanitation, assist with meal prep and service, and help keep the kitchen organized.

Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are available to fit a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler Card and understand kitchen sanitation practices.
• Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to protocols.
• Ensure items are dried and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area (sweeping/mopping).
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste to keep the kitchen organized.
