O’Charley’s Team Members Career Center is seeking a Dish Operator for a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will operate the dish machine, maintain a clean dish area, and ensure guests receive cleanware that meets our standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down dish machine; ensure it operates correctly and report defects.
• Wash and store dishes, presoak and sanitize silverware per procedures; monitor water temperature.
• Check trash and maintain cleanliness of dishroom; assist with waste disposal.
• Keep dishroom and detergent area neat; maintain dry floors.
• Collaborate with Line Cooks to maintain clean kitchen and efficient service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a Manager.
