Responsibilities include general cleaning, waste disposal, and following health and safety guidelines, with additional duties as assigned by hotel management.

Responsibilities

• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain hygienic kitchen areas.
• Carry out general cleaning, sweep, mop, wash, and dispose of rubbish properly.
• Keep back-of-house areas clean and equipment cleaned per schedule.
• Follow health, hygiene and safety guidelines for hazardous substances.
• Report maintenance or hazards to supervisor on duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
