Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group in Lake Forest, CA is hiring for a back-of-house position at Outback Steakhouse locations. This hourly, non-exempt role pays $16.90-$18.00 per hour, with no tips eligibility.

You'll contribute to kitchen operations, food safety, and team collaboration while growing with California's leading franchisee of Outback Steakhouse. Eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits and paid time off after probation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
• Able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Keeps dishwashing areas organized to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Manages routine tasks to maintain kitchen workflow.
• Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed during shifts.
• Performs routine cleaning and assists with other tasks as required.
• Operates dish machine and handles chemicals safely.
