Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils by machine or by hand.
• Load and unload dishes; keep storage areas organized and clean.
• Perform minor food prep tasks as assigned, such as cutting lemons.
• Sort and remove trash; maintain sanitation of work areas.
• Empty fry oil and clean fryers; restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain sparkling restrooms and overall restaurant cleanliness.
