Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License may be required by location.
• Food Handler Certification preferred.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and maintain hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils by manual and machine cleaning methods.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, utensils, pots and pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Complete minor food prep items as needed (e.g., lemon cutting, pasta portioning).
• Sort and remove trash, disposing in designated pickup areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean, safe condition.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
