Thirsty Turtle Seagrill is seeking a diligent dishwasher to join our team. You will maintain a spotless, sanitary dining area and kitchen, ensuring dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned promptly for a high-volume restaurant.

The role requires reliable attendance, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards, with potential for advancement and a flexible schedule. Physical effort includes lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods on-site in Florida.

Qualifications

• Stock supplies in serving stations and refrigerators.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of all dishes, glassware, and utensils using manual and machine methods.
• Load dishes into the dish machine, rinse, and unload for storage.
• Wash and sanitize all dinnerware and cookware; store properly.
• Maintain clean and stocked work areas and restrooms.
• Perform minor food prep tasks as assigned (e.g., cutting lemons, portioning pasta).
• Sort and remove trash; operate fryers safely and dispose of waste.
• Support overall kitchen cleanliness and safety and report issues to management.
