Job summary

Thirsty Turtle Seagrill in Jensen Beach is hiring a part-time dishwasher to support a fast-paced seafood restaurant. You will help keep dishes, utensils, and cookware clean and ready for service while maintaining high sanitation standards.

You will work in a team-oriented environment, perform light prep as assigned, and help with trash, fryolator maintenance, and restrooms. Prior hospitality exposure is helpful; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Prior experience in hospitality/food industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils clean using manual and machine methods.
• Scrape, rinse, and load items into the dish machine.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and cookware by hand or machine.
• Store clean dishes and cooking equipment in designated areas.
• Assist with minor food prep such as cutting lemons or portioning pasta.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Empty fry oil and clean fryers.
• Maintain clean, safe kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Keep restrooms and grounds sparkling clean.
