Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Dishwasher in Aurora, CO to maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area and support kitchen operations. You will follow food safety guidelines, restock as needed, and assist with general cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in hot and cold environments. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with opportunities for growth within the Outback franchise.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps dishwashing areas organized to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Manages tasks efficiently to maintain kitchen workflow.
• Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed during the shift.
• Performs routine cleaning of the kitchen and assists with general cleaning tasks.
