Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations in Castle Rock, CO. You will maintain dishwashing areas, handle glassware with care, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized behind our Outback-inspired work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Keeps dishwashing areas organized to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
• Manages tasks efficiently to maintain kitchen workflow.
• Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed during shift.
• Performs routine cleaning and assists with general cleaning tasks.
• Understands dish machine operations and handles water/chemical changes as needed.
• Keeps floors clean and dry; washes, sanitizes, and stores dishes and smallware.
• Maintains storage areas to uphold health and safety regulations.
