Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group in Littleton, CO is hiring a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll ensure clean dishes, maintain sanitation, and help keep the line running smoothly during shifts, with health and safety as top priorities. The role offers growth opportunities within a large franchise network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling and stooping.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware and utensils.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Vision requirements for varied lighting conditions.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Keeps dishwashing areas organized to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Manages dishes and maintains kitchen workflow.
• Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed during shift.
• Cleans kitchen and assists with general cleaning tasks.
• Operates dish machine and handles chemicals per procedures.
• Keeps floors clean and dry.
• Washes, sanitizes and stores dishes and smallware appropriately.
• Inspects receiving, prep, production and storage areas for health and safety compliance.
• Addresses unsafe practices and notifies management.
• Demonstrates teamwork and supports other restaurant areas as needed.
