Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Dishwasher to support a clean, efficient kitchen and uphold high sanitation standards. The role involves washing and sanitizing dishes, restocking supplies, and helping keep the kitchen safe and organized.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Team player with safety and sanitation focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains organized dishwashing areas to support kitchen workflow.
• Washes, sanitizes, and stores dishes and smallware.
• Performs routine cleaning and restocks as needed.
• Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Operates dish machine and handles chemicals safely.
• Keeps floors clean and dry; supports other areas as needed.
