Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Dishwasher for the Milpitas, CA area. The role runs 6am-2pm from Tuesday through Saturday and pays listed hourly range. You will clean and sanitize dishes, support kitchen operations, and help maintain a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualified candidates should have at least 6 months in a kitchen setting, be 18+, possess a high school diploma, and pass background checks and health screenings. Benefits include medical, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess written and verbal communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB tests).
• Vaccination or PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to the kitchen and return clean dishes to storage.
• Assist with kitchen breakdown and sanitation clean-up.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
