Job summary

Oakmont of San Jose, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Dishwasher for a 6am-2pm shift (Tue-Sat). Pay range is $18.50-$19.50 per hour. You will ensure dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and stored, while supporting kitchen operations and resident care in a senior living community.

Qualifications include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, and basic kitchen experience. Background checks and health screenings are required, with vaccination guidelines per policy.

Qualifications

• Six months of kitchen or similar work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish area before service.
• Transport, wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and sanitation.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally.
• Maintain safety and security per standards.
• Foster teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
