Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in San Jose is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and stored according to our standards. The role supports a safe dining environment for residents and works with a compassionate team.

Shifts are 6am-2pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with a pay range of $18.50–$19.50 per hour. The company offers medical, dental, vision, vacation, meals, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and more across California communities.

Qualifications

• Prefer six (6) months of experience working in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good written and spoken communication with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to kitchen, wash, sanitize, and store properly.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and sanitation.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
