SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Salt Lake City International Airport. Our portfolio includes local favorites like Rooster's Brewing, Uinta Brewing, Panda Express, and Blue Lemon.

Responsibilities as a Utility at SSP America:

• Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
• Maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment (floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, storage areas, etc.)
• Remove refuse to designated areas
• Clear and reset tables in dining areas between seatings and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning
• Scrape food from dishes, pots, and pans and wash them by hand or load dishwasher for cleaning
• Clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards, possibly including the use of heavy equipment
• Assist guests with specific requests and communicate needs to servers or supervisors
• Load/unload supply trucks transferring items between storage and work areas
• Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items
• Perform other duties as assigned
