Job Responsibilities

1. Create a positive guest experience by maintaining hygienic work areas
2. Maintain cleanliness of surfaces and equipment (floors, walls, worktables, refrigerators, etc.)
3. Remove refuse to designated areas
4. Clear and reset tables, transport service-ware for cleaning
5. Scrape and wash dishes, pots, and pans
6. Clean equipment using appropriate chemicals
7. Assist guests with requests and communicate needs to staff
8. Load/unload supply trucks and transfer items between storage and work areas
9. Stock, date, rotate, and check food temperatures
10. Perform other duties as assigned
