About SSP America:

SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Salt Lake City International Airport. Our portfolio includes local favorites like Rooster's Brewing, Uinta Brewing, Panda Express, and Blue Lemon.

Utility Staff Responsibilities:

• Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment (floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, storage areas, etc.).
• Remove refuse to designated areas.
• Clear and reset tables in dining areas between seatings and transport serviceware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans; wash by hand or load into dishwasher and return to proper storage.
• Clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards, including the use of heavy equipment.
• Assist guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to the server or supervisor.
• Load/unload supply trucks transferring items between storage and work areas.
• Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
