Position Overview

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The role requires maintaining excellent attendance and being available to work scheduled events at the Ken Garff University Club located in Rice Eccles Stadium. This position is open year-round.

Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $17. Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) savings plan and matching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high sanitation standards for all items to prevent contamination.
• Follow MSDS, food safety, and beverage policies and procedures.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in loading and receiving areas.
• Stock clean plates, glasses, utensils, and pots.
• Clean and sanitize food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual or fine dining environments is helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment.
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by law.
